How pre-orders work

Reserve an item before it is released. Pay a deposit now, and the rest once your items are allocated.
A pre-order reserves. It doesn't guarantee.
Everyone is allocated the same percentage of what they reserved. That percentage is the allocation. It changes with every release, from 0% to 100%.
What could happen to my pre-order.
- You may get all, some, or none. It depends on the allocation.
- You only pay for what is allocated. Deposit too small? You pay the balance. Too big? The extra is refunded.
- Nothing allocated? All your money comes back.
Three steps.
1 · Reserve
Pay a deposit: part of the price, up front. It holds your place and locks your price.
Example: 4 booster boxes at ₱1,000, ₱300 deposit each. You pay ₱1,200.
2 · Wait for the allocation
Around release we get the allocation. Your order page shows your result.
Example: 70% of 4 is 2.8. Only whole units are allocated, so you get 2. How it is calculated
3 · Pay the rest
Pay the balance within 7 days. Then we ship.
Example: 2 items cost ₱2,000. You paid ₱1,200. ₱800 left.

How is my allocation calculated?
What you reserved × the allocation % = items allocated to you, rounded down to a whole unit.
Only whole units are allocated. Decimals are dropped, so less than 1 becomes none. Same formula for every customer.
For example, if the allocation is 70%:

Should I reserve one, or more?
Reserve more for a better chance of at least one. Only whole units are allocated, so a small order can come out as none. At 70%, 1 reserved gets none and 2 reserved gets 1.
How it is calculatedOnly reserve what you are ready to buy. At 100%, you pay for all of them.
Can I cancel or change my pre-order?
No. Once the deposit is paid, the order is final. Whatever is allocated is your order, even a partial allocation.
How is my payment confirmed?
Upload a screenshot. We check it by hand, usually within a day, then email you.
Not accepted? We tell you why. A refused deposit ends the order, and you place a new one. A refused balance keeps your items reserved and the deadline stays. Send a new screenshot in time.
How will I know my allocation?
We email your result, the amount left and your deadline. It is also on your order page. The allocation is announced on our Facebook page. Reminders come 3 days and 1 day before the deadline.
What if I don't pay within 7 days?
We cancel that pre-order and its deposit is not returned.
What about the deposit for items not allocated?
It is not lost. It goes toward the items that were allocated.

How long does a refund take?
Our supplier refunds us first, up to 7 days after release. We send yours 3 to 5 business days after, with no deductions.
How do I pay for shipping?
Not charged on the site. We message you on Messenger with the courier fee, and you pay there. Each pre-order ships as its own parcel. In-stock items ship right away.
